What Does Chest X Ray Suggest?

I have a question about the findings of Chest X Ray of my sister in law ,just taken recently it is stated that
Apicolordotic View shows clear upper lobes aorta is atheromatous thoracic osteophytosis are seen. What is your impression Doctor XXXXXX your answer to this query is highly appreciated .

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The apical lobes of lungs are normal in appearance.
The aorta (largest blood vessel) is some some changes probably due to advancing age.
The bones in the upper back also show mild degenerative changes due to aging.

Essentially the X ray chest is normal.
