I have a question about the findings of Chest X Ray of my sister in law ,just taken recently it is stated that Apicolordotic View shows clear upper lobes aorta is atheromatous thoracic osteophytosis are seen. What is your impression Doctor XXXXXX your answer to this query is highly appreciated .
The apical lobes of lungs are normal in appearance. The aorta (largest blood vessel) is some some changes probably due to advancing age. The bones in the upper back also show mild degenerative changes due to aging.
