Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to chest X-ray there is bilateral apical pleural thickening with fibrotic scarring. It may be sequel of past infection. It doesn't require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
There is also bilateral hyperaerated lung fields. It may be due to COPD related to smoking.
Atheromatous aorta is age related finding.
Your condition is not life-threatening.You need proper clinical examination and treatment.

Get well soon.
Take Care
