What Does Burning Sensation In Eyes With Headache And Dizziness Indicate?

i have become verry dizzy lately and i cant read in class because i feel sick and its hard to look where i need to in class because i feel dizzy and then i get constant headaches. what could be the cause of this? I also just started haveing my eyes buring and the light hurts alot and my eye feels verry swolen , but im not sick and i dont have alergies. the bone above my eye is also sore. please help me

your refraction is to be done first. if error is detected then correction is to be taken. if there is allergy or having corneal erosion then light will hurt. if it is allergic then symptom of itching should be present. if there is inflammation then there should be discharge. so you can take levocetrizine tablet 5mg daily. apply refresh eye tear drop it will give relief from burning sensation.neosporine eye ointment can be applied at bed time.
