Hello. i have a few symptoms that im not really sure what could be going on....it
burns when i pee and i saw a small amount of blood in my urine. my labia are swollen as well as my hood. i have cramping in my.lower abdoman. My urine is very strong smelling but there is no discharge from my vagina.

As your complaints seems to be some small uirnary calculus and debris of the calculus which may passing out through your urinary tract.because of that you may get painful and burning urination and irritation in the inner wall of tract induce blood in urine.
as infection may cause your genital area swollen
kindly do Ultrasound abdomen and urine culture and routine to rule out the cause.
