What Does Bulky Uterus With Uniform Myometrical Echotexture Mean?

Hello Docs, My sonogram goes thus: reveals a bulky and gravid anterverted uterus wit a uniform myometrical echotexture. Observed in the uterine cavity is a clump of soft tissue echo genic mass measuring 23x19mm, features suggest(RPOC) no ovarian lesion seen. The pouch of douglas is free. pls educate me

it sounds like you still have some pregnancy related tissue in your uterus. this would mean that you had a pregnancy and there is still some tissue inside. there are no other abnormal masses in the uterus. I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any more questions.
