What Does Bp 102 69 With Pulse Rate 124 Suggest?

My blood pressure is 102 69 and my pule rate is 124. Is this worrisome? I don't think it is. I feel lightheaded. I take 25 mg of hydrojchlorothiazide a day. I am on a glutin free diet which means I have been eating healthy. Shall I be worried about my blood pressure and pulse rate?

This is Dr Suchda Naturopath - Homeopath - Magneto Therapist looking forward to solve your query . You have not given age ,height ,weight which is essential to diagnose proper remedy .
As per your query your BP is absolutely fine there is no need of worrying .Yes pulse rate is little higher ,that can be due to various reasosns -fever or exertion may be the the reason . It comes down when causes diminish
so there is nothing much to worry .
Only one thing I would like to suggest is about your diet . It should be simple ,nourishing including Fibers ,raw veges fruit milk egg vitamins & minrals and Water about 2-3 ltrs
Proper exercise -Yoga - Pranayam - deep breething to strengthen your body and mind . I gives resistance to body against illness
