What Does Body Ache And Vomiting With Chills Indicate?

Hi as soon as I got home yesterday my whole body was aching and the whole time I felt like I was gonna throw up well I ended up throwing up 9 times that night I had chills and I had a fever it was horrible I feel the same way thismorning just no puking what could it be

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having stomach virus giving rise all symptoms.
Take analgesic like ibuprofen pain, chills and fever.
Take plenty of water and liquids.
Take light diet for 2-3 days.
Take rest.
Ok and take care.
