What Does Blood In Urine Indicate?

I have fever for almost 5days, my doctor said that maybe its because of UTI, so he gave me antibiotic, but after taking that for 3 days i still have fever and i have blood in urine, my urinalysis result is 10-15RBC, 2-4pus cells, few epithelial cells, few amorphous urates, few calcium oxalates, dark yellow color urine and trace in protein, can i know whats the best treatment for this because i cannot go to work if i have this condition thanks. And also what are the foods that i should take and should not take. Is blood in urine means that i already have kidney disease or others

Hi,
From history and urine report it seems that along with infection there might be having some problem in kidneys like stones etc.
Go for ultra sound of kidneys.
Consult your doctor and discuss about this.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
