Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
I think a bilirubin level of 58 may occur normally in a patient of Gilbert Syndrome. However, your creatinine level is borderline.
You haven't yet specified any symptoms and without knowing any clinical history it is very difficult to comment on the result of a test.
The bilirubin level you specified may be there normally or there may be superimposed viral infection. The high borderline creatinine may be due to dehydration or renal problem. I need the following information to comment-
1. Do you have any symptoms at present?
2. how is your bladder and bowel habit and how much is your daily urine output?
3. do you have any chronic disease or any comorbidity? e.g diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorder, cardiac problem etc.
4. Have you checked for viral serology? HbsAg, HAV and anti HCV.
For the time being, please don't worry.
1. Please maintain good oral hydration.
2. Avoid smoking, alcohol, carbonated beverages, spices etc.
3. Please avoid emotional stress.
You need to have the following tests done-
1. Blood for Complete hemogram, Fasting LFT, HbA1c, Viral serology
2. Urine for routine examination
3. 24 hr urine protein
4. Albumin Creatinine ratio
For more detailed information, write back to me directly with the above mentioned information.
Regards,
Dr. Kaushik
