What Does Bilateral Pleural Effusion Mean Based On The Chest Scan?

I need a doctor to read for me the result of my son chest c.t. Scan 1. Mild fibrohzed infiltrates with small calcified granulomas in both upper lobes, likrly secondary to PTB 2. Small cakcified mediastinal lymph nodes, probably secondary to PTB 3. Minimal bilateral pleural effusion Appreciate your help and assistance.

hello, thanks for your query, your son's ct shows tuberculosis with pleual effusion where it's minimal, requires anti tb drugs , needs to visit chest physician for strict shedule. go ahead for medication and good nutrition.hope I have answerd your query. all the best. take care.
