What Does Bilateral Paracentral Disc Extrusion Mean?

i have a 6mm central and bilateral paracentral disc extrusion with a approximately 1mm causal migration of the disc material. Savere facet arthropathy and ligamentum flavum thickining. Also severe bilateral foraminal narrowing. The central canal is patent. What does that mean exactly and what are my options?
