What Does Being Positive For HPV(human Papilloma Virus) Suggest?

I have a GYN question. I am 30 years old and almost every other pap that I have has been abnormal. I ve had a few colposcopies including one 6 months ago. They always come back either LSIL or CIN I. I have also had positive HPV results. I have had 2 lesions, one close to the vulvar region and one on the inner vaginal wall. Both have been tested and multiple doctors have told me just to use a steroidal cream for them. One resolved on its own after a year, and the current vulvar one, reoccurs every month a few days before my menstrual cycle. I have also spent 3 nonconsecutive years trying to get pregnant with no results. I am in the military and move around a bit, however I am now getting out of the military and moving to a new town. My pap a week ago came back abnormal which was a 6 month follow up pap after my last colposcopy. I m moving in a few weeks and the GYN just said schedule a colposcopy after I get insurance etc. I know that I do need this but I m wondering if you have any advice or any ideas on what is going on. Thank you.

Hey thanks for your faith in the health care magic.i have gone through your question and understood your problem.
Wart which is painless and itching are the classical of Wart which is caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection can be transmitted to the partner as this is a sexually transmitted disease.

This should be diagnosed by physical examination and confirmed by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).

The treatment for this condition includes

Cryotherapy- which should be done in the hospital.
or
Local application of 0.5% solution of podophyllin, which should be applied twice daily for 3 days and nothing should be applied for next 4 days (7 days cycle). This cycle should be continued for 4 weeks.
or
Local application of 5% Imiquimod cream for 3 times in a week for 16 weeks (4 months).

For fungal infection you can use topical clotrimazole cream over the lesion. If it is not improving you need to undergo lab investigations like KOH mount
