What does atrophy and chronic microanglopathic mean concerning a brain c scan? What does chronic lacunae mean? Also nuclei bilaterally and right lentiform nucleus mean. My husband has Parkinson s and this is from a c scan to see if there was any bleeding following two falls

Look most of the time imaging finding of CT and MRI need to be correlated with the clinical condition for what the imaging study done, here the finding may be suggestive of age related changes and no major pathology is there, hope this information helps, take care.
