Welcome to HCM! Usually the uterus is bending forwards which is called as an ante vertex uterus. This is a normal uterine position. However, a single cyst inside the uterine activity without foetal pole and no evidence of viable pregnancy elsewhere outside the uterus also indicates that there is no viable pregnancy. Empty sac without foetal pole is known as Blighted ovum. Such pregnancy does not grow. If it does not get aborted of its own, it needs termination of pregnancy. please report to your Obstetrician and you will get the proper treatment.
