What Does Anteverted Bulky Uterus In The Report Suggest?

on my 12 weeks 2 days scan report it is mentioned as my utreus is anteverted and bulky. a well defined gestational sac is seen in uterine cavity.Chorionic reaction is less than adequate. Gestational sac diam is 17.8mm corresponding to 6 week 1 day. YOLK SAC AND FETAL ECHO ARE NOT SEEN. Myometrium normal,cervix normal,internal os closed.
my age is 25yrs.
weight 80.7
height 165cm
pls reply abt my condition..have anything to worry

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG findings,you are 6 week 1 day pregnant.Fetal pole should has been visualized by this period.
USG maturity is not corresponding with your LMP date.It may be due to many reasons like wrong LMP etc.
Present scan is only showing G-sac.You need follow up scan after two weeks.
If fetal pole is still not visualized then it may be due to missed abortion.
You should consult your gynecologist. Proper treatment depend upon follow up scan report.
