Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your skin issue.

As per your history you seems to have allergic dermatitis, you need to use the steroid ointment like prednisolone cream.

You also said it is the itching which gets aggravated by water, this may be the symptom of fungal infection too.

You can use iterocanazole 1%anti fungal Telcom powder.

You can also take oral medication like levocitrizine for allergy or the ketokenezole for fungal infection but only after consulting your doctor.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
