What Does An A1c3 Reading Of 6.2 Mean?

What does an A1c3 reading of 6.2 mean? My last reading 3 months ago was 5.8.....6 months ago 5.6 However with cold temps an excuse for little excercise, more comfort food and a glass of wiine each day..am I my own worst enemy? Only med is 50Mg daily Blood pressure pill. Age 68 , height 5 11 , weight 160 lbs. Non-smoker Fasting blood sugar 120-130. Generally eat pretty healthy...very little sugar...eat fruits that are low on the glycemic scale...no white potatoes...not much dairy ...carbs/bread might be my only indulgence. Dajhkjd

Your HbA1c3 level of 6.2 is acceptable under pre diabetes levels. You need not worry about any complications but the test must be repeated regularly. In addition it is good to get your kidneys, eyes and nerves clinically examined regularly because if your hypertension and pre diabetes status. The diet measures that you are taking are fine. Low carbs and low glycemic index foods are good for you.
