hi, dr. boskey Gandhi is here, as u mentioned, fibroadenomatoid polyp, in your report,means, it is one kind of simple swelling or you can say benign tumor, in your uterine cavity. it a benign condition, u should remove it at this stage, otherwise it may creat complications. so all the best,
