What Does Acute Anteverted Uterus Mean?

Hello Doctor,I had an HSG performed on the 10th of september, 2014. The report mentioned that I have an acute anteverted/T shaped uterus. No filling defect in endometrial cavity. Minimal peritoneal spill noted on right side. Filling up of dye due to fimbrial end on left side with no definite peritoneal spill. What does this mean? Does it mean that there is any block in the fallopian tubes?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest anteverted uterus - which means anterior tilt in relation to the urinary bladder which is one of the normal variation.
2.HSG - shows spillage on the right side with no spillage on the left side. Suggest block.
3.The block can be stricture post infection - which can be treated with the re-cannalisation.
4.Rest of the findings appears normal in the HCG.
5.Suggest MRI for further anatomical delineation.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
