What Does Accentuated Bronchovascular Marking Mean In X-ray Report?

Hello Doctor, I am Priyanka, This is regarding my Husband's X-ray report.We took an x-ray after we saw the following symptoms: Symptoms: heavy breathing, Nasal voice for past few weeks, tiredness, mucous accumulation.Age: 26 ; Weight: 68 Medical history: Is taking low dose BP tablets since two months (after consulting with a doctor)X-ray report shows: "accentuated bronchovascular markings noted bilaterally". What does this mean and is this serious?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Prominent broncho vascular markings in both lungs fields may be due to infection like bronchitis,age related changes etc.Your husband need clinical correlation.
There is nothing to be worried.It is a benign finding.
If it is due to infection then it will reverse with control of infection.
Findings are not serious at all.
