Hi,
I have gone through your report and did not find anything significant.
Ejection fraction is usually 55-65% and yours is good.
Prolonged QT interval can be seen due to medications. It can be inherited too. Correlation with history is essential.
Left ventricular hypertrophy is seen commonly in hypertension. However, 2d echo is not showing any pathology and you need not worry.
