What Does A White Line On The Inner Upper Lip Indicate?
I have a thin line across the inside of my upper lip. It doesn t hurt. It is a light almost white color. I have had it for a year. The reason I have become concerned is that I noticed that it has recently gotten a little longer than it originally was. I am not a smoker. Do you know what this could be? Is there anything I should do? should i talk to a doctor or dentist about it?

This can be from the habit of lip biting or dehydration.
It's not a concern but if it does irritate than consult a dentist.
Try and drink lots of fluids maybe it will get reduced.
