What Does A Red Rash On The Left Calf Indicate?

I have red rash developing on my left calf. Have had fever for a couple of days but less now. The rash is hot to touch and swollen. The calf muscle is super sore. I had a crack in the skin on the bottom of my left heal prior. Go bare footed most of the time. What is the diagnosis and best for me to do?

According to your complain you have problem of calf muscle rash that may because of eczema problem. Dermatitis also cause rash over calf muscle.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Complete blood cell count is helpful.
Proper history and physical examination give exact idea.
