What Does A Rash In The Groin Area Indicate?

Hi, 18 year old male here, not sexually active but I noticed about a week ago something to the looks of a rash around where my scrotum rubs up against my inner thigh on both sides. I ve had a rash there before from friction but this one seems different, seems like there are bumps in it. I ve used ointments to help get rid of friction in that area but nothing seems to help get rid of it. Any suggestions? Should I get this checked by my doctor?

6.     Take high protein diet such as eggs and cheese to boost immunity
