Hi,
According to your reports, you have a variable titre but all of them are equal to or less than 1 in 80.
Everybody is exposed to typhoid from childhood and therefore they all will have different titres of antibodies. Usually, a titre of more than or equal to 1 in 160 is considered positive for typhoid.
From your history, you have already suffered from typhoid few months back and therefore it is now reducing.
Widal test should be repeated to evaluate titres at various stages.
A rising titre from 1 in 80 to 1 in 320 indicates infection. Similarly a falling titre from 1 in 160 to 1 in 40 or 80 indicates resolution.
Diet is not important in typhoid. You can take a nutritional diet rich in proteins and vitamins to improve your immune system. You can avoid spicy items if you want to avoid gastritis.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
