What Does A Painful Spot On Spine Bone Indicate?

For about 3 months I have had a spot on my spine bone, below my bra, that s hurts. I get relief when I have someone press hard on it and like presser point on it. At times back feels like it s is pulling in to 2 sections. I changed shoes, insoles, no help. Could the pain be coming from my tailbone, when sitting and just triggering that spot?

Hi there....I understand your beginning to have backaches. For a while I would suggest you to avoid high heeled footwear if your a lady and soft footwear if your a man. Sometimes posture & gait , walking strides can cause these bone and body aches. So, continue to wear soft walking shoes with insoles as you are doing now.And how old are you, are your menstrual cycles regular? Try meditating and yoga to give you comfort posture and relief from pain. Rather than prescribing medications like painkillers (brufen) , I would suggest, a posture & lifestyle change... hot water fomentation using a rubber bag for the backache.Avoid lifting heavy weights and do relax and practise deep breathing.I am sure you will be alrught very soon.
