What Does A Painful Lump On The Hip Bone Indicate?

ound a small lump under my skin hip bone area a bit of pain I had. When I went to bed there was more pain and hard sleeping on the side its on 3ven laying on belly then woke up in pain and noticed I have somehow got a bruise in the same place and wasn t there before its even worse now than before and I ain t banged it or anything also have leg pain back pain.

I can understand your concern.
Painful swelling with bruise in hip bone area is mostly due to infected sebaceous cyst.
So apply ice packs on swelling. Take broad spectrum antibiotic like amoxicillin and anti inflammatory drugs for 5 days.
If swelling is still persist oral worsen then consult doctor for surgical removal (incision and drainage).
