I had a hard bump under my breast with a black top. I pinched it like a pimple and when the top of it broke through the skin I took my tweezers and pulled it out. It had a stem on it about 1/2 inch long. I threw it away but now it is infected. I have been putting antibiotic cream on it. I have had this before on the same spot--probably three times. Every couple of years it grows back and it seems to always get infected for awhile after I remove it but this time it has been more painful.
