What Does A Lump Under On Arm Indicate?
I have a penny sized lump under the skin on my upper, inner, right arm (bicep area) it has a light blue tint to it as if it s my vein. Little to no pain even with contact. Not noticed until just today. Arm has a tingling feeling like it s going numb or has fallen asleep now that lump has been tampered with. No recall of injury or strain to arm. What on earth could this be and is it urgent to be checked out?

In my opinion you should consult a general surgeon for examination and it's surgical removal
Tingling sensation could be due to pressure effect on nerves
