General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

The lump in testes should be evaluated further

If it is painful and tender to touch with inflammation than it can be abscess for which antibiotic given and if needed it should be drained

USG testes will be beneficial for primary work up based on which further work up can be planned

If needed FNAC done to rule out nature of lesion

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult surgeon for examination and further work up accordingly
