Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of a small semi-hard lump on the wrinkles part of anus, moves a little, noticed 2 years ago and not changed the size. But also have some swollen purple soft lumps which came up around a month ago, there is no blood or mucus in the stool. Well, this looks to be an organized cyst which has stopped secreting anything hence size not changed over the last 2 years. The most recent small purple lumps may be forming cysts and hence not painful and can be piles too. Hence it is very important to have a clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment if be necessary. Since you have not other symptoms, it may be wise to keep the lumps under observation or better to get them removed for 2 reasons. 1. you get rid of the disease which is not a normal body part. 2. you get definite diagnosis on histo-path examination.
