What Does A Lump In The Throat Indicate?

hello, my name is cj. Ive been having a strange lump in my throat lately. It feels like I'm having trouble digesting food, like there is something stuck in my throat. i recently noticed when i tuck my chin i have discomfort on the right side of my jaw, it feels like there is some bean shaped thing under there. Any idea what this could be?
