What Does A Lump In The Anal Opening Indicate?

Good Afternoon, For a few years now I have noticed a small jelly-like skin (size of a capsule or a little bigger) at the opening of my anus. Was not a problem but a couple days now I am feeling a pain from it as if it s in the anus. would really appreciate some advise. Thanks

is it over the skin or something coming out of your anus?
if it's only at your skin then take tabl moxiflixacin 400 mg once in morning for 14 days so if their is any infection so it will be resolve.
