What Does A Low T3 And T4 But Normal Tsh Mean?
What does a low t3 and t4 but normal tsh mean. Accompanied by deficient b6 and b12 as well as elevated creatinine and creatine in a 24 hour urine sample mean? Have been diagnosed with urticarial vasculitis and trying to nail down a cause and finally found some abnormal labs.

Strong possibility of systemic autoimmune process involving kidneys.Do you have urticarial rash(heaves) or palpable skin lesions(vasculitis)? Do you suffer from abdominal pain or bloody diarrhea? Do you take any drugs? Please get autoimmune profile (ESR,CRP,ANA titer with subsets,ANCA subtypes,RA).Also get urgent nephrology opinion.
