What Does A Low MPV, High Eosinophil And Low AST/SGOT And ALT/SGPT Indicate?

I went to the doctor with swollen painfull lymph nodes x2 weeks (I haven't been sick), severe headaches x2 months, severe night sweats x1 month, extreme fatigue x1-2months. Bloodwork was done yesterday and I haven't heard from the office yet. My MPV was very low; my eosinophil was high; my sodium, AST/SGOT, & ALT/SGPT were all low. What could all this mean?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A high eosinophil count is seen in cases of allergies like hay fever, urticaria, asthma; parasitic infections, drug allergy and neoplasms.
MPV stands for mean platelet volume and it has to be interpreted along with platelet counts and a parameter PDW.
However, low MPV implies that platelets are of small sizes.
AST and ALT are liver enzymes.
There normal levels are below 40 IU/L.
Please post the exact value of AST and ALT for interpretation.

Thanks and take care
