Hello anonymous
Welcome to health care magic forum
As your pregnancy test is weakly positive & you had a drop of bleeding .you have missed period for more than 10 weeks .So first rule out pregnancy by confirming it with repeat urine for pregnancy test & trans vaginal ultrasound. In weakly positive pregnancy test chances of ectopic pregnancy are also seen.So consult gynecologist after thorough investigation.
wish good health
