Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a professional. For about 6 months I ve noticed a growth in my vagina. My OBGYN said it was a sebacous cyst. Now that one cyst has grown into something that looks like skin tags. Some as much as an inch long. Maybe 4-5 small and one long. That s my only sympton. I looked at STD s but vaginal warts are usually cauliflower looking. Mine do not look like that at all. They are just small and long with no bumps or clusters. I don t think it is vaginal cancer at all. No darkening of the skin. What should I do? What could it be? I do not believe that I have an STD but it today s world, I will not rule it out. If my husband has not been faithful, I need to know.
Hi, Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.
According to your signs and symptoms it is a painless, multiple, non ulceration multiple growth. It can be a cyst or a benign mass but does not look like any cancerous growth. But you must visit a general surgeon or Gynecologist for further evaluation. You may need to take a FNAC or excisinal biopsy for the growing tissue. It does not look like any sexually transmitted disease because of its non infectious nature.
Hope the answer to your query. Regards Dr Muzaffer
