Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to the head concussion.

Anyway, if the clicking noise and headache persists, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist and performing a brain MRI or MRA, to exclude a possible vascular lesion.

If you have symptoms like nausea or confusion, I recommend going to the ER for a brain CT scan, to exclude possible delayed subdural hemorrhage.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
