General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having abscess like superficial skin infection as per your history

You should consult nearby surgeon for incision and drainage of infected lesion under local anesthesia

If lesion small then doctor will prescribe oral antibiotic course and topical neomycin

If incision and drainage done then dressing done on alternate day for approx 10 days to allow it to heal....

Take healthy and balanced diet

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult surgeon for examination and discuss all these with him...
(if surgeon not available nearby then general practitioner also can be consulted)

I find this answer helpful
