What Does X Ray Result Mean?
my father's xray result says "bilateral apical pleural thickening consider predominantly fibrotic kock's both upper lobes activity. pneumonia, both lower lungs. degenerative changes, thoractic aorta. osteoporosis.mild dextroscoliosis." what does it mean?

According to X-ray report,there is bilateral apical pleural thickening with fibrosis.It may be due to past history of T.B(koch's infection).Infection heals by fibrosis.It usually doesn't require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
There are also signs of pneumonia in both lower zones.
There are age related degenerative changes in thoracic veretebra and thoracic aorta.
There are also signs of osteopenia(loss of calcium) and mild dextroscoliosis(Spine mildly deviated towards right side).
