What Does X Ray Report Suggest?

My father age 70 years , X Ray report...No Parenchymal lesion is seen. Costophrenic angles are clear. Generalised accentuation of pulmonary vascular marking are seen. Hilar shadows are normal.Cardiothoracic ratio is normal.
What is the disease?

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there is generalized accentuation of pulmonary vascular marking,it may be due to bronchitis,age related etc.
Lung parenchyma appears normal.No signs of infection.
Both CP Angles are clear.
Mediastinal shadows are also normal.
Cardiac size is within normal limit
