What Does V Card And V Cart Mean?

My husband saw the specialist yesterday. He has irregular heart pumping. Doc said something about V card, V cart??? He is Pakistani - I couldn't understand, even after I asked him to repeat twice. Do you know what he meant?He said he would prob need an ICD

Symptoms indicate he is having conduction defect. Heshould go for ecg to detect complete or partial heart block. A fter getting the report it is to be decided whether he needs apace maker. Consult cardiologist.
