OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. From the sonogram report you have described, it is obvious that there is hormone imbalance which has given rise to the development of multiple follicles and cyst formation in the myometrium. This imbalance is the most likely reason for the delayed menstrual period. You need a proper evaluation by an expert along with complete hormone assay to know which hormones are in excess/deficit and need management. Please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. Take care.
