What Does SA Results As Hypoviscous Suggest?

Abstinence 4 days

Viscosity Abnormal (Hyperviscous)

Motility:
16% motile of which 2% rapid progressive, 13% slow progressive, 1% non-progressive, 84% immotile
vitality 14.5% live
concetration 89.5 million/mlsample volume (1.5ml) 134 million
MAR test: Insufficient motile sperm for test
Morphology 6% normal. 94% abnormal, 3% pinhead/headless sperm
Above is my husband's SA results
Do we have any chance of conceiving naturally or even assisted?

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

Your husband's semen analysis report suggests decreased sperm motility with excessive abnormal morphology of sperms.
At least 55 % sperms should be motile.
At least 16 % sperms should have normal morphology.

Your husband should do exercise and take nutritious food.
He should avoid tight underpants.
Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if he take these things.
If low sperm motility and abnormal morphology persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.

Other factors like sperm count is within normal limit.
