What Does RBC Present But Numbers Obscured By Amorphous Debris Mean?

Hi, I'm 53 yrs.old, Female,weight 66kgs.I am not on medication except for multivitamins and taking Advil or Tylenol for headache once in a while.I just received my blood work and urine lab results. Lipids and urine looks abnormal and the rest are fine.Please advice.Thank you in advance and God bless. The results are as follows:
Urinalysis: occult blood : 25/ul 1+
clarity : cloudy
Microscopic Exam
RBC....present
Bacteria....1+
Amorphous.....4+
RBC cells present, but numbers obscured by amorphous debris.
LIPIDS result: Cholesterol fasting 6.3 mmol/L
Triglycerides 2.30 mmol/L
HDL 1.2 mmol/L
LDL cholesterol 4.1 mmol/L
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 5.2 mmol/L

hi! there are some materials in your urine sample which interfere with microscopical studies so that the exact number of other components is not ascertained!

these could be some organic or inorganic solutions not dissolved fully in the urine.

however, presence of RBC in urine is not good; so kindly consult some urologist.
