What Does Osseous Structures Grossly Intact In Chest X-ray Mean? Have Heart PVC And Difficulty In Breathing

I had a chest x-ray done and on the report it said that Osseous structures are grossly intact. What does that mean? Also a probably small hemangioma in the T12 vertebral body. I have heart PVC s and difficulty breathing was the cause of the cat scan and x-ray of the lungs.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The term osseous structures is bones. In medical terminology osseous means bone origin. Vertebral hemangioma is a benign condition and usually harmless. You may need to discuss the hemangioma with you doctor if you are having back pain.
