What Does IGM Test Positive Mean?
Hi Doc, I have suffereed continuous fever since 19th with severe body pain. Mild headach prevails. Weakness. Fever was in the range of 101 - 103 F. Dangue test negative, malaria negative, but IGM test positive done on 20th. Already given blood for cilture. Today noticed many red spots on the body.

IgM which antibody test is positive that you have not mentioned but most probably it is dengue i can suspect is. you should go for platelet count if it is lower than you have to consult nearby doctor immediately. thnx
