What Does FNAC And Report Says: Few Reactive Granulomatous Lymphadenitis Suggest?

I am 24 year old and my ESR level is 36 and rest other report is normal. Also I have gone through the FNAC and reports says : AFB-TB negative and few reactive Granulomatous lymphadenitis seen. At the end it comments The possibility includes tubercolosis. Does that imply I have TB? Also does this rule out the possibility of Cancer?

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion your FNAC report is inconclusive for TB. And don't worry about malignancy as report is clearly not indicative of malignancy. I suggest you to go for excision biopsy and get done histopathology of the tissue. This will tell you weather TB is present or not. Your FNAC report is inconclusive because
1. TB cause caseation necrosis and granuloma. In your report ceseation is not present and ceseation is the diagnostic for TB.
2. Reactive lymphadenitis can be seen in bacterial infection.
So in your case it is either TB or other bacterial infection.
This question will be solved by histopathology report of tissue. And for this you need to consult surgeon and get done excision biopsy.
