What Does ESR Level Of 30 And Creatinine Level 44 Mean?

Hi doctor, I had severe chest pain one week back then I developed pain in in my left wrist along with swelling.when I showed it dr here they said it's costochondritis for my chest pain and for my wrist pain today only I got reports which says my ESR is 30 and serum creatinine is little low 44 [50-100].can u suggest me something.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your esr is high but you have costochondritis. And esr increase in inflammation. So it is slightly increased. Ctratinine level is normal. No need to worry at all. Just be relaxed.
Continue your treatment for costochondritis. Your esr will come back to normal.
