cytomegalovirus IgG positive means that u had that infection in past. i need to know ur IgM status also, if thats negative its a old cured infection, if positive that its a recent or an ongoing infection and in that situation ur newborn may get infected and get congenital problems, u need to plan pregnancy after consulting ur gynec doctor,.
